Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification:
    • Bachelor of Laws (Professional) degree from a university established by law in India, recognized under the Advocates Act, 1961.
    • Final-year LL.B. students can apply but must submit proof within 7 days post-Main Exam.
  • Language Proficiency:
    • Thorough knowledge of Hindi in Devanagari script.
    • Knowledge of Rajasthani dialects and social customs.
  • Age Limit (as of January 1, 2026):
    • 21–40 years.
    • Relaxations:
      • 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/MBC/EWS/Women (up to 45 years).
      • 10 years for ex-servicemen (up to 50 years).
      • Additional 5 years for PwD (cumulative with other relaxations).
      • Relaxation admissible in only one category, except for PwD.
  • Nationality: Indian citizen.
  • Character:
    • Good Character Certificate from the head of the last attended institution.
    • Two additional certificates from responsible persons (not relatives or affiliated with the institution), issued within 6 months of application.
  • Disqualifications:
    • Having more than one living spouse.
    • Dismissed/removed from government service.
    • Convicted of an offense involving moral turpitude or disqualified from exams/interviews due to malpractice.
    • Involved in dowry transactions (per Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961).

  2. Select “Cadre of Civil Judge, 2025” or “RJS Application Form 2025.”
  3. Register with name, mobile number, and email ID.

  6. Pay the non-refundable fee by March 31, 2025, via net banking, debit/credit card, or E-kiosk.
